Thank you for your question! My response, though, would be a resounding "no" don't have Juvederm placed in your tear troughs. I have seen patients who have had another injector place Juvederm in the tear troughs and it always turns out badly. Juvederm attracts a lot of water and, as the Juvederm starts to metabolize, the tear troughs become lumpy and uneven. There is hope, though! My favorite filler to use in the tear trough area is Volbella. My injector, Dr. Kelly Collins, has found that Volbella gives smooth even results and settles beautifully in this area.
