Can lip injections fix a crooked smile?

It is very hard to answer your question without seeing you in person.  Fillers can help with asymmetry but to a certain degree depending on the main reason of your crooked smile . If it is just volume discrepancy , than results could be very impressive.

Swelling and bruising are common with lip injections and can take up to two weeks to subside.  It is standard advice to wait two weeks after injections before considering any further treatment to the lips.

Lip injections will be able to adjust for lip asymmetry in terms of volume, but it will not impact your smile asymmetry.
