Got Juvederm yesterday to help with volume and lines and looking very swollen and angular :( Hoping it will still go down? If it doesn’t it is easy to dissolve?

This looks like bruising. Icing and arnica may give improvement. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.
