Thank you for your pictures and questions. This appears to be bruising. I would recommend you ice the area. It should resolve within 1-2 weeks. Hope this helps!
This appears to be bruising. Arnica, icing and cold compresses may help. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.I hope this helps!
This appears to be a bruise. Icing, arnica and vbeam treatments can give improvement. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photograph. You appear to have a bruise under your eye following Juvederm injections. This usually resolved without problems. Tyndall effect is a light Blue to gray color. Restylane products are less likely to cause the Tyndall effect and create less swelling in the eyelid region. I hope this helps.Good luck,
It appears to me that you have a bruise and not a Tyndall Effect under your eye after the Juvederm injection you had. This normally will resolve completely over more time. If you feel it is not improving, you should contact the physician who treated you.
Hi pamphiri,In my opinion, the pattern and color seen in your photo suggests a bruise. I would give the bruise two weeks to settle. You can use cover make up during that time if you choose. Use of arnica, ice, and cold compresses at this point will be of minimal help, other than giving you something to do while your body naturally resolves the bruise. Time will be your friend. When the bruise resolves, if a bluish discoloration remains in the area where the filler was injected, this may be Tyndall effect. Tyndall effect is caused by filler being superficial (just under the skin) and will require hyaluronidase injection to dissolve the product. If in doubt, let your injector determine what is going on and what needs to be done.
This is not Tyndall effect. You have simple bruising under both of your eyes. This should all resolve in a matter of one to two weeks. You can help by applying moist, warm compresses to the area. Good luck from New York City
Hello, Sun exposure is fine after Lip Enhancements. I would highly recommend keeping the area protected with a SPF 50 lip balm. After Lip Enhancements you may notice some tenderness, redness and swelling. This is common and will usually settle within two weeks. Hope you have a...
Thank you for your question. There is likely to be no problem, but it is definitely not worth taking a chance. Be careful of going to an injector who uses expired medical material. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question! If your injector is not comfortable treating something this common, my suggestion would be to next time seek out an injector with a little more experience. Best of luck!
