Is this necrosis or bruise? (Photo)

This is one week after filler injection to the smile line. It appeared 12 hours after injection and no pain. It’s been the same size from the start.

Thank you for your question. There is likely to be no problem, but it is definitely not worth taking a chance. Be careful of going to an injector who uses expired medical material. Best of luck!
