Dear cruzz,I would advise you strongly to avoid using an expired syringe for your treatment. In fact, I would go further to say you need to find a new injector if he/she is suggesting using an expired syringe. You may have a reaction or unwanted complication if you use the expired syringe. Make sure your injector is qualified and ethical, such as one certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Good luck.Nirmal R. I don't recommend using expired filler. It's not worth taking a chance. I recommend getting injections with a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon for your filler injections. Hope this helps.
Thank you for sharing your question. There is likely to be no problem, but it is definitely not worth taking a chance. Be careful of going to an injector who uses expired medical material. I hope this helps.Good luck,

Juvederm usually ships from the manufacturer with a shelf life in excess of 12 months, so product that is 5+ months past expiration is quite old by that point. There's no reason to take the risk of injecting expired product into your body.

Thank you for your question. Two mls in one appointment is a lot of filler in the lip. I suggest one at a time spaced at least 4 weeks apart. Best of luck to you!
There can be some swelling and/or lumps after lip injections which can last 1-2 weeks. You can apply firm pressure between two fingers on the lips for a few days, for 5 mins a time, in order to help decrease swelling and even out the lumps. If you're unhappy with your final results you can have...
The big difference between Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm Ultra Plus is the particle size. Juvederm Ultra Plus has a slightly larger particle size than Juvederm Ultra. For your concerns about a bigger lip augmentation, Juvederm Ultra Plus may have a slight advantage. Both products work well for...
Thank you for sharing your question. The delicate area near the eye has added risks since it is adjacent to the eye and other important structures. The most severe complications can occur in this area. A needle is necessary to get the best results, but should be performed by an experienced ...
