Dear cruzz,I would advise you strongly to avoid using an expired syringe for your treatment. In fact, I would go further to say you need to find a new injector if he/she is suggesting using an expired syringe. You may have a reaction or unwanted complication if you use the expired syringe. Make sure your injector is qualified and ethical, such as one certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Good luck.Nirmal R. I don't recommend using expired filler. It's not worth taking a chance. I recommend getting injections with a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon for your filler injections. Hope this helps.
Thank you for sharing your question. There is likely to be no problem, but it is definitely not worth taking a chance. Be careful of going to an injector who uses expired medical material. I hope this helps.Good luck,

I would discourage you from using product that has expired. Keep in mind that this is being injected into your tissues. It is not worth the risk of potential complications.
Juvederm usually ships from the manufacturer with a shelf life in excess of 12 months, so product that is 5+ months past expiration is quite old by that point. There's no reason to take the risk of injecting expired product into your body.
Thank you for your question! If your injector is not comfortable treating something this common, my suggestion would be to next time seek out an injector with a little more experience. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question! Yes, it's possible to get additional 2ml of filler, but it may be best to space it out to make sure you aren't over-filled. It can take 1-2 weeks for final results. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question! Bruising is not uncommon after fillers. Gently massaging the area will decrease any lumpiness. Final results can be expected in 10-14 days. Best is to be evaluated by your surgeon. Best of luck!
