After getting Juvederm I have tiny white dots all over my top lip, is there a way to get rid of them? (photo)

Are they permanent? I'm a little worried. I asked the lady who did my lip fillers about them and she told me they would go away on their own within a month or two but when she asked for a second opinion she was told I should massage my top lip. Obviously at this point, I don't trust her. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these little white dots? What are they?

From the photo that you provided, it looks as if these are simply prominent glands in your upper lip.  This should resolve as the swelling goes down.  If your injector is not comfortable treating something this common, my suggestion would be to next time seek out an injector with a little more experience.I hope that helps and wish you the very best!Warmest regards,-Gregory A Buford MD FACSBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author
