Will 0.5ml of Juvederm in my lips be enough? (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your question.  You can certainly start with a 1/2 syringe split between your upper and lower lip and then decide if you want more after the results have settled.  This will limit the amount of tissue swelling as well as allow your results to mature a bit faster.  Hope this helps.

Hello and thank you for your question.  I am always an advocate of "less is more" especially considering the results that you want to achieve. Keep in mind there is always some swelling (and possible bruising) after injecting the lips that can make you feel like too much has been injected.  Always give it a full 2 weeks to re-evaluate and decide if you want to add more.  I have also found that it is best to treat the lips in 2 or 3 sessions and build volume slowly instead of too much too fast. This could be enough depending on your desired results. Lip augmentations with fillers would be a great option to improve the symmetry and shape of your lips. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising.

This will depend on the final results you want. Most Doctors will start with one-syringe to avoid over-filling. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical and full lip. PDO Nova threads can also be used to improve shape and also provide lift. You already have naturally full lips, so it's quite likely you could achieve your results with 0.5 ml. Defining your lip line only takes a very small amount of product, and it sounds like you want a subtle, natural-looking enhancement as far as adding volume goes. Work only with a very skilled injector and be sure to communicate clearly about your goals.

You do not  have very thin lips...so 0.5ml could be enough .however the end result you are looking for will decide the actual volume 

I would strongly suggest to begin with half syringe as you suggested. You have beautiful lips and half og the Juvederm syringe could do wonders if placed properly. Enhancement does not mean pushing volume.  Good luck!

Half a milliliter of Juvederm maybe just the right amount as far as your upper lip is concerned. But if you want the lower lip enlarged as well than 1 ml of Juvederm is what you need. Good luck from New York City

Half ml might be enough for your desired result. It appears you could use a little more volume in the upper lip and it takes very little to enhance the definition around the lip line. It is wise to approach your desired endpoint with caution to avoid overfilling - you can always add more at another session. Best wishes.
