Asymmetrical nostrils can be corrected most of the times by employing minor surgical procedures. However a thorough clinical examination by a plastic surgeon is required before deciding on a procedure.

It is preferable to wait for 6 months or till your wt stabilises before taking a call. If you are planning for more children , lipo is better . Otherwise, lipo abdominoplasty (Tummy tuck) is the best option for you as it will take care of loose skin and tighten the abdominal muscles as well. 

From the photos , you seem to have a little laxity in the skin . You will get a better result if the lipo is combined with a mini tuck. How ever a thorough assessment of your muscle tone, presence of divaricated recti, actual skin sag etc needs to be done during a physical examination and a final decision can be reached. Suggest to consult a plastic surgeon 

Answer to the butt lift/ Implant question: you have lost significant wt. congratulations for your effort. The effect of massive gain and loss of wt shows in the form of laxity and sagging of subcutaneous tissue and skin . My suggestion would be to perform a belt lipectomy which helps in circumferentially tightening the skin of the trunk  and lift the sagging buttock tissue as well. Once that is done you could go for Brazilian buttlift ( fat grafting) to the buttocks to achieve the result you are looking for. 

The hairline you expect is fair enough but maybe a tad low in the centre . This kind of hair line can be built up with FUE while still not shaving your head visibly . This can be accomplished by trimming your hair in 1.5 cm wide tracts on the back of your head leaving upto 2.5 cm of scalp untouched in between. This technique hides the trimmed areas very well and you can carry your regular hairstyle. Upto 1500 grafts can be extracted at one time. If more grafts are needed, a second session can be planned after a few months to get the final result.

Hi.. since your problem is more localized and you don’t have acne in your cheeks I would suggest you to try IPL first. Cream that reduce redness also helps in avoiding exposure to harsh sunlight and hot. And spicy food would prevent worsening of your condition.

Hi, if your worried about cancerous conditions it’s better to get it removed by plastic surgeons. They will give you very fine lines which heals without leaving much sign, simultaneously you can also send it for biopsy for confirmation.

Hi....since how long do you have this problem? are you using any over the counter creams to help you with this condition? Are you experiencing any dandruff? if so you need to take treatment for it first.They look like comedones, they can be treated with topical retinoids, if they fail to respond you can get it removed by laser.

From the picture you have sent it looks like your infection is spreading, it’s better to start oral antibiotics and painkillers, and additional topical anti bacterial cream will also helps .
