In the first few days after filler placement the lips can be quite dry as the swelling that accompanies treatment stretches the lip and because the filler absorbs water from the surrounding tissues. This will improve but drink plenty of water and apply a thicker ointment like Aquaphor when sleeping at night to further help hydrate your lips until your healing is complete. Hope this helps.

You can treat them by using a thicker ointment such as Aquafor and drinking lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. You can also do the Aphrodite lip treatment which is an injection of hyaluronic acid, that naturally draws moisture and adds hydration to tissues. It is not uncommon for lips to be dry and chapped after filler injections. This is caused by the stretching of the skin from the swelling. Using a topical product that has a hyaluronic acid in it will help you stay hydrated. This should subside within a couple weeks from injections. Good Luck
