Are my lips supposed to be so dry after having lip fillers?

In the first few days after filler placement the lips can be quite dry as the swelling that accompanies treatment stretches the lip and because the filler absorbs water from the surrounding tissues.  This will improve but drink plenty of water and apply a thicker ointment like Aquaphor when sleeping at night to further help hydrate your lips until your healing is complete.  Hope this helps.

You can treat them by using a thicker ointment such as Aquafor and drinking lots of water to keep yourself hydrated.
