I am looking for complex breast implant revision in Germany? Help! Breast augmentation in dual plane using axillary approach with 345cc, textured, moderate profile, Allergan implants in Mannheim, Germany 2012. I am athletic & would like a natural looking breast that won't be affected by sports, long term results. I have severe animation deformity bilateral; double bubble bilateral; wide cleavage; bilateral rippling medial lower quadrants; unnatural glued-on look. I would like to go up to 375 from 345 since I got off birth control pills. Would that be an issue? Thanks!
Answer: Bottoming Out / Double Bubble / The Original Internal Bra Repair Good morning! You have a pretty significant case of bottoming out with a double bubble, which also creates such a large gap between your breasts. Going up to 375cc is fine, but what you really need to achieve that nice natural soft teardrop look without deformity is the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique, which corrects your bottoming out and double bubble, and provides excellent long term support for your new implants. It is the most common procedure I perform, 5-6 times a week, for patients from around the world!

Answer: Explant and lift for breast descent In your before photograph, it is clear that you needed a breast lift. Implants did not solve your problem and now you have large low breasts. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Lechill, Breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Would it be an issue to go up to 375cc from 345cc since I got off birth control pills? A difference of 30cc's will not really have a big impact on the procedure should you decide to have it done. There won't be that much noticeable increase in your breast size compared to what you have now. Perhaps what you need is a breast lift to improve the position of the breasts and give you a perkier result.
