Can dual plane 3/4 be changed to dual plane 1 w/form stable tear drop implants? Does the muscle have to be reattached?

Good morning!Your scar tissue removal and textured implants have left you in a situation where your implants are terribly visible. Here's what I would recommend:1) different implants, not textured, either a round smooth silicone gel implant or an overfilled saline implant- both of these ripple less than textured silicone implants. I would not recommend teardrop implants because they are also textured and tend to be visible in a situation with such thin tissues.2) consider placing a sheet of Strattice mesh over the middle/cleavage area to soften the rippling and thicken your natural tissue3) does the muscle need to be reattached- possibly, it would really depend on what I found inside- and if so I then perform the Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique

It doesn't matter which version of dual plane placement you have, the muscle will not cover the outside and lower part of the breasts. Often the solution is to add coverage with an internal bra material such as Galaflex or Strattice, if available.
