Can dual plane 3/4 be changed to dual plane 1 w/form stable tear drop implants? Does the muscle have to be reattached?

I had 280cc high profile round textured implants for 15 yrs over muscle with no issues. Left nipple was slightly lower. New surgeon performed dual plane 3/4 with textured, moderate plus, 275cc 8 months ago. I had scar tissue which was removed. I now have saggy breasts & implant shell visibility especially left cleavage. He said the implants are in a less tight pocket and soft tissues are thin. I keep my bras on 24/7 as I am very depressed and seek a revision (1 yr post op)
