I'm not happy with my MMO results. Will a revision help? (Photo)

I had a MMO May 2018 and I'm not happy with the results. I'm a plus size woman size 14/16 who was not looking to be super model status but what I was looking for were a flat stomach with curves. Can any medical professional help me understand what's the best approach to address my concerns? I took pictures from every angle of my body. Side, front, back and bent over. I want a revision and would like others opinion. My breast bottomed out as well.
