Will insurance pay for some of my mommy makeover since I have an umbilical hernia?

I'm 44 and have 2 kids. I also have severe diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia. I do also need to get a partial hysterectomy because I get recurring uterine polyps. So is it possible to have everything done at once or is it too dangerous? And hoping insurance would pay for a big part of it. Thanks.
