Can I get Botox with this infection and feeling awful?

Generally speaking it is not a good idea to have cosmetic medical; treatments while you are ill.  There is no reason that you should proceed until you feel better.

This likely is totally safe. Botox can interact with aminoglycoside antibiotics but these are not often used outside the hospital setting. However, given that Botox is an elective treatment, it is probably best to wait until after you've recovered from your illness.
