Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on your photos, I don’t believe that you will benefit from a breast lift or require one. Volume is not restored with a lift, but rather fullness can be achieved with an implant or fat grafting.
The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Dear jessikaox,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
From your photos it does not appear you would benefit from nor need a breast lift. The lift is designed to remove excess skin and raise the position of the nipple, neither of which it appears you need. In order to get the fullness you desire, an implant is the most reliable option.
No, the lift will tighten your skin and sometimes make your breasts look smaller. You might consider a fat transfer for more fullness. Otherwise, implants give fullness.
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note that your breasts are relatively symmetric. The distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples appears somewhat increased. The nipples reside well above the fold at the bottom of the breasts. There is minimal sag. There is moderate loss of superior breast pole volume. A breast lift will elevate the nipple areolar complexes into anatomic position and will conify the shape of the breasts, restoring superior pole fullness. If you wish your breasts to be larger, you may consider a fat transfer to the breasts.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...

Hi SparkleMotion, One thing to consider is the potential of pregnancy. At age 32, some women have finished having children, while other has just started. I definitely suggest waiting to have an elective lift until after you are finished to having children, as the breasts are expected to engorge...
Thank you for your question regarding what to do with your breasts after four years of breastfeeding. You will get suboptimal results if you do not want the scars from a breast lift. I assume you do not want the scars and are willing to settle for suboptimal results. I would suggest breast...
