I never liked my side profile of my face maybe it's my nose or lips. What can I do to fix this? I always wanted to get surgery and still do to this day. I think there is no other way to fix it.

It is fairly involved but can give remendous results. If you choose not to do that there are some other proedures which can "hide" te imperfections. This could include a chin implant and neck surgery (cervicoplasty or liposuction). Finally your nose is a little small in proportion so that raising the dorsum might give you better balance.
