How achievable is my dream nose? How much would it cost? (photos)

Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty, a nasal tip deprojection to decrease the overall length of your nose, and a conservative dorsal hump reduction.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon.Best wishes and good luck.

Thank you for your question. Based on your pictures you seem to be an excellent candidate for a surgical nose job. Based on your limited pictures you may benefit from the deprojection, refinement of the tip with slight uplifting for a more feminine appearance, dorsal hump removal by my own techniques. 
The Dorsal Roof Technique protects the dorsal anatomy but fixes the deformity and moreover, supports your dorsum by using the excessive tissue instead of excision. The ST FLAP TECHNIQUE protects the anatomy, supports the weak parts and reshapes the tip.

Rhinoplasty requires exceptional skill on behalf of the surgeon and great communication with the patient about realistic goals and expectations.
Common cosmetic concerns include a dorsal hump, wide nose, sunken nose, irregularities, and asymmetries. Functional concerns include difficulty breathing through the nose, which can and should be addressed at the same time as your rhinoplasty.In your situation, tip refinement and dorsal refinement is what I recommend. A chin implant should also be considered. You're not that far off from Angelina's nose!

Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. I believe you have a beautiful profile line. Your nasal tip appears to be adequately projected and has a nice rotation. Your chin appears to be slightly under-projected and that's probably the reason your nasal tip appears to be over-projected. Front the front view, you do have a bulbous tip. You will benefit from a rhinoplasty operation focusing on tip refinement. Additionally, you will likely benefit from a chin implant. My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in performing rhinoplasty. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients. It's important that you trust your surgeon's skills and ability to achieve the results you are looking for. In particular, pay attention to your surgeon's experience with rhinoplasty. Dear Maria, You should be able to achieve a similar result to your goal nose with rhinoplasty surgery. Rhinoplasty surgery can slightly reduce the dorsal hump, and deproject and refine the nasal tip providing you with a more feminine nose and nicely balanced facial aesthetics. Onside profile, you actually have excellent projection and rotation.  You have a straight dorsum and one of the things that can be done is to rasp the dorsum to give you a very minimal feminine curvature.  One of the other issues that I see on your profile picture is Chin projection.  Closer examination of this is warranted to see if he would benefit from a Chin implant.  The frontal and oblique pictures that you have provided having a lot of shadowing.  Mostly I see a little bit of increased width in the middle vault with a convexity at the edge of the nasal bones/cartilaginous mid vault intersection.Please seek out and experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for further evaluation and an in person consultation
