Hi I am 19 years old and considering rhinoplasty (surgical!). The main things that bother me are how long my nose looks in profile and how far it sticks out of my face. I also have bumps on each side of my nose that make it look droopy from certain angles. The front view is a bit bulbous but definitely not my main concern. I would like to have a smaller natural looking nose that fits my face and compliments my features. I'm aware that I won't achieve Angelina Jolie's exact nose and that's fine.

Your nasal tip appears to be adequately projected and has a nice rotation. Your chin appears to be slightly under-projected and that's probably the reason your nasal tip appears to be over-projected. Front the front view, you do have a bulbous tip. You will benefit from a rhinoplasty operation focusing on tip refinement. Additionally, you will likely benefit from a chin implant. My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in performing rhinoplasty. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients. It's important that you trust your surgeon's skills and ability to achieve the results you are looking for.
