Is this nose bridge height achievable? Cost estimate? (Photos)

Building the bridge of the nose can be a challenge in Asian and African American rhinoplasty.  There are multiple ways to build the bridge (cartilage, fascia, SMAS, rib grafts, silastic implants, etc.)  The most important part of this is finding a surgeon that does ONLY facial plastic surgery, as there are many that say they can do complicated rhinoplasty, but simply do not have the experience.  Seek the advice of a double board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon.

The short answer to your question it is definitely feasible to achieve the bridge you desire. This can be done with cartilage or bone from your septum, ear or rib depending upon how much height is needed or desired. That being said you want to be careful to not overly augment the bridge of the nose or it will shift the tip downward and give it a droopy appearance. Good luck in your area.

photograph, you may benefit from dorsal augmentation of your nasal radix.  I prefer to use diced cartilage wrapped in fascia. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

Thanks for your question! It looks like you did a great job adding a little height to your nasal dorsum. Without a detailed examination in the office, it's tough to tell exactly, but adding height is very achievable and can be done through many different ways. 
As far as cost, this will depend where in the country and who you go with. Realself can provide some good insight into this.

Nasal bridge can be  elevated during rhinoplasty surgery using either catilage  or implant.  There are various options  available.Both have their advantages and limitation. please discuss with board certified plastic surgeon .

   It is important not to overdo the height of the bridge, since it will look unnatural, and the skin is going to be put onto too much stretch which can lead to healing problems.  The low bridge can be augmented with a variety of options which is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination.

It appears from your photograph that you would be a candidate to raise the bridge of your nose. There are different techniques and different ways of performing this surgery. I like to use an artificial implant. Some surgeons like to use ribed graph or bone harvested from the skull. The disadvantages of the ladder requires a donor site scar and the bone graft can partially resorb. In addition I like to firmly secure the implant to the nose so it doesn't move around. I utilize the FINNESSE technique (which I invented) when performing this surgery. Typically patients have no bruising after surgery and recovery is quicker versus traditional techniques. You are showing a nasal bridge augmentation of between 5 to 7mms. Your skin will stretch to do so. Thus would be best done with an ePTFE nasal implant to ensure adequate bridge height and shape.
