Pain on bridge of the nose 1 month after rhinoplasty?

Question

I got my rhinoplasty to remove the bump on my nose and it's been a month and it still ached I can't describe the sensation I feel it's not good but it's also not an unbearable pain is this normal?

Dear acinomas,you can still feel some pain after rhinoplasty. It usually takes up to 6 months until you can see and feel the final results of your surgery. If you have any severe pain or discomfort, I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS

Thank you for your question. You should not be experiencing unbearable discomfort, but it is important to know that you are not fully healed until the 12 months post op mark. Please discuss healing and pain solutions with your board certified facial plastic surgeon.

It takes a nose about six months to soften and feel normal after a rhinoplasty.  But if you have ANY questions at this point, you should go and discuss them with your surgeon - they are the only ones who know what was done and what is normal at this stage.
