White heads and pimples after nose job. I squeezed and popped them. Is my nose ruined?

Hi. Its been 7 months since I got a nosejob, and lately I have been getting white heads and pimples on my nose area. I have found my self squeezing and popping the pimples, i try being gentle but sometimes i do push a bit hard. I've never been in pain while doing so, but now im concerned I might have ruined my new nose. I have gotten an uneven skin tone and patches. Is my nose ruined?

Hello,
I recommend consulting with your doctor if you developed dark skin patches on your nose. You did not ruin the shape of it, but maybe you did have a reaction. Trust your board certified plastic surgeon and follow what he says.

It is normal to see a few whitehead or pimples on your nose when the tapes and splint come off - but not months later.   No, you have not ruined your nose - but do go see your surgeon, show him and come up with a treatment plan.
