You need a good closed scarless rhinoplasty to achieve your goals.Find a surgeon who specializes exclusively in closed scarless rhinoplasty as 100% of his career. Refining the nasal tip would be easy with no scarring, less healing time, less bruising, and less swelling. 
Second, pricing varies markedly from patient to patient.  There is no "fixed" or "set" fee.  The key is to make sure YOU think the surgeon is WORTH the price.

photograph, you may benefit from a nasal tip deprojection to make the overall size of your nose smaller.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek

Rhinoplasty costs vary by surgeon reputation and market demand.  There are many qualified surgeons who charge less than that for a surgeons fee.  I would recommend meeting with several surgeons and deciding who you feel most comfortable with.  It may be worth the money to get someone you trust, or you may find someone you love with a lower price.

Surgical fees are a byproduct of the quality of the surgeon and the level of competition. You may benefit from an experienced and expert board certified plastic surgeon in an area with more quality surgeons.

Looking at the photos you post as opposed to examining you it is difficult to tell.  If you wanted the simplest technique you could use fillers but if you wanted a more permanent correction then cartilage grafting may be needed.  A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon like myself, with a great deal of experience in rhinoplasty is who you should seek out.  Good luck, Dr. Schuster in Boca Raton
