I've had this bump for quite some time for unknown reasons and I feel kinda insecure about it. I wanna get it removed but I'm kinda poor, is there any alternative? Do bump removal costs varie depending on how BIG the bump is? The photo doesn't do justice, but in real life it's quite noticable. Please help! Thanks!

Answer: Bump removal Surgical reduction of the dorsal hump with osteotomies would run around 4500 all in. Fillers would not look good on you in my opinion.

Answer: Surgical vs non-surgical nose job Good question. You have several options available to you for treatment of the nose "hump". The first is a non-surgical nose job which uses filler to add volume above and below the hump to camouflage the hump. This is a temporary treatment and has to be repeated every once in a while. The other option is a surgical nose job where the hump is actually reduced. If you just want the hump reduced alone this can be less expensive than if you wanted other nose shaping options as well. The size of the hump will not impact the cost of the surgery. It is important to understand that the OR and anesthesia fee for hump removal will still be present. Once the hump is removed it may also be necessary to break the nose to narrow the bridge of the nose since reducing the hump also widens the bridge. Seek consultations with board certified plastic surgeons in your community to find out what your options and average cost will be. RealSelf also has some average costs for a rhinoplasty in your area. All the best,Dr. Remus Repta
