It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Thanks for the question, the hardest part of being a patient is being patient! I would suggest aggressive massage and some external treatments with radio frequency. I also like a little board under the garment to help keep things flat. I totally get it, it sucks but hang in there looks like everything should go down soon and you will get the results you are looking for!

It does take longer to see your final result from liposuction than with most procedures due to the aggressive nature of the procedure as well as the post-operative swelling. In our practice, we normally tell patients they will see their full result between 3-6 months. Any touch up treatments are normally scheduled after the 6-month post-operative period to make sure the full result is seen before re-treatment.  Ask your provider if they recommend massaging the areas treated as this may help break up any lumpy areas you are feeling. It is always best to seek the advice of your surgeon for their follow up protocol. Best of luck!    

myaeda.   I appreciate your concern, but it is still early in your postoperative course and your body needs time to heal and allow swelling to resolve. At this stage, I do not see any issues from your photograph, however try to stay patient and follow up with your plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Try aggressive lymphatic massage with external ultra sound therapies. If after 6 months still issue might consider KyBella injections..
