Women commonly struggle to reclaim their pre-baby body after pregnancy. They may be concerned with excess abdominal skin and subcutaneous fat, abdominal wall muscle laxity, and droopy, deflated breasts. A mommy makeover—one of the most popular procedures at our Pensacola, Florida practice—is a combination of procedures, designed to help you look like you did pre-pregnancy (or even better). These procedures typically include a breast augmentation and/or breast lift, along with a tummy tuck or mini tummy tuck. Sometimes patients choose to add liposuction to define their waistline, contour their hips and thighs, or eliminate the bra-line bulge. Breast Surgery

Breast enhancement surgery is the most popular type of cosmetic procedure I perform at our Pensacola, Florida practice. Most patients choose breast augmentation for aesthetic reasons. They may want to balance out uneven breasts or achieve an extra-curvy look, which can be done with either breast implants or fat transfer. I also frequently perform breast lifts (mastopexy). It’s common for women to lose breast volume as they age, have children, or undergo weight changes. The combination of a breast augmentation with a lift will give you beautifully shaped, perky breasts.
Overly large breasts can cause health issues, including back and neck pain. I offer breast reduction surgery for women, as well as gynecomastia surgery (male breast reduction). Whether it’s a breast augmentation to increase bust size or a lift to restore breast shape, I take into account all aspects of a patient's life, so that after surgery, her breasts complement her frame and her lifestyle.

Abdominoplasty

My patients often describe their tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) as a life-changing procedure. Whether you need help restoring your abdomen after pregnancy or major weight loss, a tummy tuck is the ideal procedure to give you a tight, firm midsection. During surgery, excess loose skin is removed through a horizontal incision on your lower abdomen. Muscles can be repaired to correct diastasis recti, a separation of the abdominal muscles that often occurs in pregnancy. Liposuction also may be done, to help define the waistline and enhance your final results. If you just have a “belly pooch” that you’d like to eliminate, a mini tummy tuck might be right for you. This limited procedure addresses excess abdominal skin and fat sitting below the belly button, plus some muscle weakness, but it doesn’t restructure the full abdominal wall.

I have been wanting this procedure since I was 17. I’ve always been a big built girl, with wide shoulders and an extremely wide chest. I was naturally blessed with a 34A. Not much to show for how big the rest of my upper body was— my goal was to be proportional!

The doctor explains everything you need to know and answers any questions you have! They sent home plenty of paperwork to review and her staff is super sweet. She really spent a lot of time explaining everything in detail my 1st appointment. Follow ups are super easy.

I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Leveque and her staff! Amanda, one of her nurses is fantastic! Dr. Leveque, made me feel very confident she could provide what I wanted for my mastopexy without implants. My breasts look amazing and I’m only 5 weeks post op.
Something to remember though is that there is no exact perfect, and that realistic expectations are needed with cosmetic surgery. All that to again say, I am very happy with my results and would certainly recommend

Dr. Leveque is fantastic at her craft. I went for consult a year before surgery. Had to reschedule 2x due to work and getting COVID. Not once, in dealing with her or staff, did I feel uncomfortable due to not being my ideal weight. She said she could make me happy as I am or I could continue on my weight loss journey first. Many years after breastfeeding and losing some extra pounds, I decided I was ready to seek help for my sagging breasts, and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend Dr. Jocelyn Leveque!
