Uneven legs / knee after Liposuction - Left slightly bigger than right- 6 day post op, should I be concerned?

I am 6 days post op from leg and knee Lipo. I see some unevenness (left knee looks bigger than right knee) today. there is more bruising in the thinner leg(right) than the bigger(left) Should I be concerned ?!!!!! thanks for your responses.

It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. try to not make any assessments until six weeks after the procedure.  Even if there is an issue of a symmetry nothing is going to be done about it until at least 3 to 6 months.  If one size has more bruising and the other then there will be swelling that is disproportionate.  Best,  Mats Hagstrom M.D.
