How much would areola reduction and breast lift cost? (Photo)

I am 20yrs old and by the time I hit puberty I realized that my areolas are abnormally large and both of my breasts sag significantly. It's been a huge source of insecurity in my life and has caused a lot of issues in my relationship. I've been looking around for a good surgeon with experience, and was wondering what the average cost is for areola reduction/breast lift? Do most doctors have financing options? I've been trying to save up but I just can't wait any longer.

Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. See the below link on suggestions on how to find the most qualified plastic surgeon for your procedure. General Factors that influence the price of plastic surgery include:
1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctor’s office? Geographical location also has a significant influence. Will a board certified anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, or an RN be used?            3. Experience and training of your surgeon. Thank you for you question and photo,      The Bellesoma Method is a current technique to lift and/or reduce breasts without using implants or the ugly vertical scars.  The incisions are hidden around the areola and in the inframammary crease. The vertical incision has been completely eliminated. The areola incision heals almost invisibly due to the fact that there is hardly any tension on the closure. With this particular technique, ducts are preserved along with nerve supply maintaining nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. Because the breast is reshaped internally and is secured to your chest muscles, upper pole fullness is possible without an implant. Attached is a patient who underwent The Bellesoma Method. Please note that her tissue was used to create upper pole fullness and cleavage without any foreign materials (mesh, implants, etc).  It is a proprietary technique that only surgeons that have been trained by me can perform. great candidate for a breast lift and areola reduction.  This can be designed to result in an
improved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scar
appearance.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and evaluate their results.  The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

cost of breast surgery can vary widely from area to area and region to region
as it depends quite a bit on the patient and the challenges that are presented
for the procedure.  Therefore, I would recommend you see a board-certified
plastic surgeon for an in-person examination in order to get the most accurate

Based on the photo, you appear to be an excellent candidate for breast lift with areola reduction. The fees will vary widely across the country, but you can probably expect fees to be between $6000-$9000. Most offices work with a variety of 3rd party financing companies. Hi There.  Thank you for your question and photo.  In order to achieve the optimum improvement for you, I would recommend breast uplift with areola reduction.  You could have an implant at teh same time but this is no necessary if you are comfortable with the size of your breasts. In my practice this would require an anaesthetic in hospital for the day only.  You should have a full consultation with a Plastic Surgeon who is experienced in breast surgery.
