Breast lift revision. How long should I wait?

It is hard to answer most of your questions without seeing photos, as techniques and length of surgery will depend on what is specifically required to fix your current issues.  However, as far as wait time, I would suggest a minimum of 6 months and preferably a year wait time since the last surgery in order to allow the scar tissue to soften and remodel, and allow the ingrowth of new blood vessels and lymphatics. This will give you the best chance of success with your next surgery. Best of luck!

regarding potential breast lift revision. Generally speaking, it is
advised to wait at least a year after your breast surgery to allow all the tissues
to heal and any scar tissue that is present to soften; therefore, you are truly
seeing the final result, and therefore, can proceed with a revision.

I typically wait until at least 3 months have passed before performing any revisions, although it could be longer if your scars are not maturing quickly enough. Nipple reconstruction is usually some combination of local tissue re-arrangement, and tattooing, although many variants exist. Of course, you will
need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative
visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with
your decision. I suggest that you find a board-certified plastic surgeon with
whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during
a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures
of patients who have had similar procedures. Good luck!
