I had a breast lift/ reduction almost two years ago. My breasts now look deformed, I feel very sad everytime I look in the mirror. What procedure would you recommend for my breasts to look the same, and that would create upper pole fullness? I do not want a size larger than a D cup. Is there a procedure that would prevent me from scarring as much? Also, I would appreciate any recommendations for doctors in NY, or miami. Thank you so much!
Answer: Breast lift results I'm sorry to hear you have a less than pleasant experience. Thankfully, this can be corrected with a revision. Dr. Chang Kim in Connecticut is also terrific and a skilled surgeon. Dr. Jamie Levine in NY is terrific and I would recommend him highly.

Answer: BREAST REDUCTION REVISION Greetings although I'm not from NY or Miami Ill be glad to help... I have had this breast several times... It seem you got a big implant in the procedure, big implants are big problems... Implant's weight pressure's against the scar making it to heal that way... An inverted T breast lift revision with skin adjustment to a new smaller implant would be my suggestion....

Answer: Breast lift uneven can be corrected I have seen a number of patients with a similar problem and have improved their results. Key is to mark you sitting up or standing prior to your laying on the table. I have always sat my patients up to check the symmetry before allowing my anesthesiologist to wake my patient. See a board certified ASAPS plastic surgeon in consultation. Good luck....

Answer: The Bellesoma Method Thank you for you question and photo, The Bellesoma Method is a current technique to lift and/or reduce breasts without using implants or the ugly vertical scars. The incisions are hidden around the areola and in the inframammary crease. The vertical incision has been completely eliminated. The areola incision heals almost invisibly due to the fact that there is hardly any tension on the closure. With this particular technique, ducts are preserved along with nerve supply maintaining nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. Because the breast is reshaped internally and is secured to your chest muscles, upper pole fullness is possible without an implant. Attached is a patient who underwent The Bellesoma Method. Please note that her tissue was used to create upper pole fullness and cleavage without any foreign materials (mesh, implants, etc). It is a proprietary technique that only surgeons that have been trained by me can perform. I hope this helps. Best wishes and kind regards, Dr. Gary Horndeski

Answer: My breast lift /reduction left me with horrible results, what are my options? Thank you for the question. It is an important one: selection of your plastic surgeon will be the most important decision you make when it comes to achieving a revisionary breast operation outcome that you will be pleased with. Generally I suggest that patients start with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. ***Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done. Ultimately it will be important that you feel comfortable that your plastic surgeon have a significant/demonstrable experience consistently achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. It will be important that you communicate your concerns and goals carefully. I suggest that you avoid using reference forms such as "D cup"; goal photographs are very useful in this regard, in my practice. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
