Is it possible for me to get a really flat stomach with 360 lipo and BBL? My BMI is 31.5 and I am 5', 160lbs. (photos)

You would not be happy with the results of any of the non-surgical procedures because of the laxity of your skin  and required plication of the abdominal wall muscles.  Stretched out skin has lost its elasticity and can only be improved with removal of this excess skin. Liposuction, along with the TT, will allow you to have stubborn fat resistant to exercise and diet removed from unwanted areas (stomach, thighs, back) to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips.  Have the 360 lipo and BBL first and see if you are happy with your abdomen.  If not, after full recovery, have the TT.

If your goal is a flat abdomen, a tummy tuck is the best procedure for you. Liposuction will not deliver the flat result you are seeking. I would also consider losing some weight prior to surgery as that will give you an even better outcome.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure so you're weight won't change much with your surgery.  You have extra skin that will not get addressed with liposuction.  Weight loss followed by tummy tuck would be the best options to get your stomach flat.
