I’m scheduled for my lipo and bbl I elige in less then 2 month, I’m very self conscious about my stomach I gained weight really fast and now it’s just hanging and looks disgusting. What I want to know is if it’s possible to get it flat with lipo? Someone please help I don’t like the idea of a tummy tuck but I’ll consider to get rid of this nasty stomach

You would not be happy with the results of any of the non-surgical procedures because of the laxity of your skin  and required plication of the abdominal wall muscles.  Stretched out skin has lost its elasticity and can only be improved with removal of this excess skin. Liposuction, along with the TT, will allow you to have stubborn fat resistant to exercise and diet removed from unwanted areas (stomach, thighs, back) to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips.  Have the 360 lipo and BBL first and see if you are happy with your abdomen.  If not, after full recovery, have the TT.

If your goal is a flat abdomen, a tummy tuck is the best procedure for you. Liposuction will not deliver the flat result you are seeking. I would also consider losing some weight prior to surgery as that will give you an even better outcome.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure so you're weight won't change much with your surgery.  You have extra skin that will not get addressed with liposuction.  Weight loss followed by tummy tuck would be the best options to get your stomach flat.

based on your photos, it looks like you have a lot of loose skin and extra fat so liposuction alone won't give you flat abdomen. You might be better candidate for tummy tuck and BBL. Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. For safety and recovery reasons, it is not advisable to combine these procedures. You can divide these procedures in two sessions, six months apart (it is best if you have liposuction and the BBL first to take advantage of the extra fat, and then the tummy tuck, to get rid of the extra skin, if necessary). It is important that you reach your goal weight before surgery.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back, arms, thighs, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

From your photos it appears you have loose skin hanging down over your mons and also excess fat. It is hard to tell from the photos if the excess fat is just under the skin or also has a visceral component (fat inside the abdomen around your intestines). It is also hard to tell from the photo if you have muscle diastasis or separation of the muscles from pregnancy. If you have diastasis, you will not have a flat stomach without a tummy tuck. If you have visceral fat, you will not have a flat stomach without weight loss. Liposuction does not lead to weight loss. If you have loose hanging skin, it can "roll" up especially when sitting and look like "fat rolls". I recommend you go for an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon so they can examine you and give you the proper advice for how to get a flat stomach.

You have internal/visceral/intraabdominal fat. This fat is pushing out, giving you that rounded shape, or in other words, a gut. Liposuction and/or tummy tuck will help, but can only do so much. You will have to contribute to your result by losing weight. Hopefully your surgeon informed you of this.
