Liposuction will not improve the skin, but it can create a dramatic improvement in the way a person looks. It will not alter the underlying musculoskeletal anatomy or help with any amount of significant laxity. Recommend that you wait six to 12 months after BBL recovery and then consider a tummy tuck to address the laxity on your abdomen.

Based on your photos you appear to be a good candidate for full tummy tuck with intense liposuction to improve your body contour and get better curves especially in your laterals and waist and Dominican Butt lift taking the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection.

Unfortunately, the liposuction procedure was not the best option for you to get a flat tummy. Due to the extra skin, you still have, the best procedure to be performed was a Tummy Tuck, even when you finish all the session or treatments, you will still have a little extra skin or hanging skin.
I recommend you to contact your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and express your dissatisfaction and your concerns.

Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for a circumferential tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and get rid of the extra skin. This is because liposuction does not remove extra skin.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

based on your pictures you were not a particularly good candidate for abdominal liposuction.  This is the primary reason your results aren't particularly good but the procedure may not have been done well either.  You have too much skin laxity to get a great liposuction results. You really needed a full tummy tuck instead.  That said if you want a BBL then you have to have liposuction as a source for fat to be grafted.  It's unlikely your results will improve after this.  Not much more to say.  You can look at some of my posted pictures of what's possible to achieve with liposuction on patients with skin laxity who really were much better candidates for tummy tucks.  I can't speak i'm behalf of how your procedure was performed.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD 

The post-op photos show that the abdominal skin is not of very good quality. There are lots of stretch marks and there appears to be a fair amount of decreased elasticity in the skin. I don't know if your surgeon pointed this out to you prior to your liposuction. You should return to your surgeon.
