Can I get a BBL, 360 lipo and a breast reduction all done at 234lbs?

Thanks for your question. Patients considering cosmetic surgery should have a BMI of 30 or less in order to minimize risks and maximize results. If your BMI is higher than 30 then weight loss should be your first step. If you have been unable to reach your goal weight with diet and exercise we recommend you schedule a consultation with a Board Certified Bariatric Surgeon.

Based upon your weight, your height would need to be over 6' for a safe BMI which would reduce the risks of complications before and after surgery and enhance results. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

Thank you for your question. I would recommend having an in person consultation to discuss what you are looking for. This is difficult to assess without any photos. These procedures can be done together, but it depends on the patient and how much liposuction is done at one time.

Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Photos would be helpful in assessing whether you would be a good candidate for BBL. If you are a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the optimal outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons.  A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing.

you are not fit for elective cosmetic surgery. You should lose at least 60 pounds.  Then you should be reassessed and most likely consider skin surgery.  You are not a good candidate for liposuction or fat transfer at your current weight.  Most plastic surgeons ask their patients to sleep facedown after BBL. This is not possible after a breast reduction.  Personally I would never do that much surgery in one session. I would not even consider a single session of liposuction on someone your weight.  To put things in perspective most plastic surgeons will only remove 5 L of total aspirate. This equals about 8 pounds of fat.  In your case that would bring your weight from 234 to  226 pounds.  It's simply isn't going to make enough difference. Of course if your primary goal is to have a bottom that's larger than this will do that for you. Patients at your weight typically are not good candidates to simply reshape their bottom. In general the bottom tends to have the same shape just be larger.  This has been my experience. You should know that my practice is devoted exclusively to liposuction and fat transfer. I'm also a big fan and an advocate of high-volume liposuction on heavier patients. My cut off is 220 pounds and those patients always require at least two sessions of liposuction.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
