Alar base reduction is also not necessary. The tip plasty is required to correct bulbousness. You can have a slimmer and aesthetically beautiful nose shape through tip plasty.The nasal bone looks rather wide, and it will be accurate to decide after an examination whether osteotomy is needed to be performed in your case.
