Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty of the tip. The cartilage can be reshaped and made stronger so it looks thinner and more defined. The bridge can be brought in as well. Understand that you have thick skin, which will keep it from getting too small, but it should be a very nice improvement. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Thank you for your question. Looking at your pictures, I can say that your nasal bridge is not low considering the ethnicity. Therefore, it is not necessary to augment it by using an implant. Alar base reduction is also not necessary. The tip plasty is required to correct bulbousness. You can have a slimmer and aesthetically beautiful nose shape through tip plasty.The nasal bone looks rather wide, and it will be accurate to decide after an examination whether osteotomy is needed to be performed in your case.

The changes you describe can be achieved with Asian rhinoplasty. One thing to keep in mind though is that there is a limitation to the amount of tip refinement you can achieve (how small/narrow) because of the thickness of your skin. Thanks for asking the question and uploading your photos. You have a nice profile. A couple things to consider to enhance your nose: tipplasty to project your tip using cartilage from your nose. The tip cartilages you have are flat and need more support. Your side profile is nice but the tip area is amorphous. When you smile your nostrils splay more and that explains your tip width. An alar base reduction surgery would narrow your nostrils about 2-3 mm on each side and this would improve your concern. As far as the asymmetry when you smile, I recommend an in person consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. I would be happy to see you to discuss your goals. Can you have a Rhinoplasty‘s without an implant and preserving your ethnic appearance? The simple answer to the question is yes you can. The bridge can be narrowed the tip can be refined and if the nostrils are also wide they can be brought in . this will make the nose thinner in the front view and will not significantly affect the profile. It is people with ethnic noses who are seeking an increase in the forward projection of the nose that consider implants. But if You are satisfied with your profile and mostly just trying to make your nose thinner in the front view without being too extreme, than a traditional rhinoplasty would do that.

From the limited photographs, your Side profile bridge line looks great, but from the frontal view your nasal bones appear wide. Consider a rhinoplasty procedure can narrow the entire bridge line, and an alar-plasty to narrow wide nostrils. The thick skin in the tip of your nose is going to prevent refinement in that area, so it's important to have realistic expectations.
