Hanging ala - Should I go for columella lengthening using rib graft or get an alar lift using sail excision technique? (Photos)

I am Asian and had surgery in Feb 2021 to remove my hump. The doctor lifted my tip and because of my hanging ala, I have retracted columella now. Basically no columella or infratip lobule at all. I also have inverted v which I dont mind too much as its part of Asian ethnic feature but I really want a columella and infratip lobule. I am not sure if either I should go for columella lengthening using rib graft or get an alar lift using sail excision technique. I also have a dent on my left nostril.
