Thank you for your question. Your nose requires the operation to augment your flat nasal bridge, and lengthening of the nasal tip.There are two different types of material for the nasal bridge augmentation: implant and costal cartilage: but it is judged that the use of an implant is better because your nose is very low.In order to lengthen the upturned tip, alar cartilages in the nasal tip can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the nose. To fix it, ear or septum cartilage will be the first choice, but considering your nasal skin condition and retruded columella, I’d like to recommend costal cartilage to achieve optimal result.
