My nasal bone is not symmetrical. Would that affect the outcome of my Asian rhinoplasty? (Photo)

My nasal bone is too crooked. If I have Asian rhinoplasty will my nose be so skewed to one side? Is there anything that a plastic surgeon can do to minimize the facial asymmetry and make the nose appear centered? Thank you so much and have a good rest of the day!
