Itchy face? Thanks for the important question. There’s no way to know for sure what is causing the action in your face. I suggest that you contact your injector for a formal evaluation! Have a great day, Dr. Aldo
A picture would help quite a bit here. Also, when did you get the filler, and what was it? There are nodules that can develop after some fillers. There is a lot of debate as to what causes the nodules - infection, inflammation, immune reaction. The flu shot will stimulate an immune reaction, but I don't think it has been reported to cause nodules after filler. Need to see your injector.
Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Unfortunately without an in-person examination, or full series of photographs, it is difficult to offer definite advice. I would see your injector for an evaluation to make sure your filler is intact and that the lumps will resolve spontaneously with time, or Benadryl. Hope this helps.
I am a family physician that offers fillers in my office as well as flu shots. I am fairly positive that the flu shot did not cause any bumps only where the fillers were injected. If it was the flu shot, you should have red bumps pretty much all over your body, if it was an allergic reaction.
It's not possible to tell what the bumps are from. I suggest meeting with your injector for an evaluation to determine the necessary treatment for the bumps and itchiness.
Hello and thank you for the question. The reaction you are having may or may not be associated with your flu shot. Follow-up with your aesthetic provider for an in-person evaluation.
Thank you for your question. Without a photograph, it is difficult to comment on the bumps that you are referring to. Flu vacccination would not have an affect on your Juvederm injections. My advice is to return to your injector for an evaluation. Best of luck.
Without a photograph or an in-person consultation it's virtually impossible to explain what the issue is. You need to call your treating physician and receive proper treatment.Good luck from New York City
