If I get a nose job will my freckles go away?

For a little while I've wanted a nose job, but the only thing holding me back are my freckles. I have a lot of freckles on my nose and I love them, and I'm worried that if I get a nose job they'll be destroyed/damaged/removed.

It is reasonable that you are concerned about
how your potential nose job will affect your outward appearance, particularly
your freckles. You can rest assured, however, that is it highly unlikely that
your freckles will be removed in the process as a nose job deals with the
structural anatomy of the nose, not the skin that covers the region. Still, this
is something to bring up to your surgeon; be sure to inform him or her about
your desire to keep your freckles so the details of your surgery can be
adjusted accordingly.

Freckles on the skin of your nose will not be affected at all by a rhinoplasty camels ever technique is used. It would require a completely separate treatment, such as laser, to remove these freckles and they certainly won't disappear by accident.

Rhinoplasty will not affect the freckles on your nose. Depending on what needs to be done the freckles may appear to move slightly (less than a millimeter).

Not to worry. You will keep your freckles if you undergo rhinoplasty surgery. Removal would require some type of skin resurfacing procedure (laser, chemical peel, etc.). Good luck!

Go for it! The freckles should not be affected by the surgery. The surgeon lifts the skin and works on the bones and cartilage underneath to reshape the nose. The outside skin is not affected. The skin will swell after the surgery but the freckles will not change. Good luck

The freckles on your nose will not be effected by a Rhinoplasty. Removing freckles would require a laser treatment to removed unwanted pigmentation on the skin.
