This is actually a very common request (particularly with ethnic patients) and can be performed with a variety of techniques.  However, instead of using implants, I always recommend that cartilage or tissue from your own body is used to build up areas of the nose to minimize the risks of extrusion, migration, rejection, infection, etc.  The best recommendation is to have an in person consultation with a board certified specialist who can assist you with achieving the results you seek. 3-dimensional computer imaging can help you visualize what you may look like afterwards and serve as an important communication tool with your surgeon to make sure you are on the same aesthetic page.
