How can I make my bulbous tip more pointy?

As seen in pictures my nose annoys me as it is wide and bulbous can I make this more feminine and pointy ?

Tour type of nose is a very well addressed issue in rhinoplasty techniques, you need:-large alar cartilage reduction-resection of the interdomal fibrofatty pad-tip shortening-Ortiz-Monasterio alternat transection plasty of the domes-eventually some interdomal plications-open approach is safer in your caseAll this is feasible under local and sedation (as long as the surgeon does not plan to touch the bone or the airway, which seems to be your case).

I made a computer morph from your photo, showing the changes that are possible in expert hands.The tip is wide because the two cartilages that form the tip are broad and strong. Modifying those cartilages is key to making the desired changes. Usually, when a tip is wide like  yours, there are other issues as well. For example, the same tip cartilages that make the tip look wide often make the nose look too long on profile view, and/or they make the tip appear to project forward from the face too far.You should know that modifying a tip requires advanced techniques that not all plastic surgeons can handle. You must see before and after photos of any surgeon you are considering. He has to prove to you that he has been able to create for someone else exactly what you want for yourself.Did the morph fit with what you had in mind?

Reduction of a bulbous tip is one of the most commonly addressed problems in nasal tip rhinoplasty. Excess cartilage can be removed, the cartilage can be repositioned in a more narrow fashion, and additional cartilage can be placed on your tip to provide improved tip definition. The major limitation to tip definition will be the thickness of your skin.I recommend you visit an experienced facial plastic/plastic surgeon in your area to discuss the details associated with surgery and set the correct level of expectations. A tip rhinoplasty in which the domal cartilages are reduced in size and sutured together will correct this.  A small cartilage graft can be added to the tip as well for more definition.

A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing the bulbous tip. To narrow the bulbous tip requires suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. In addition, a conservative cartilage removal and cartilage grafting techniques can also be applied when necessary. The bridge of the nose is narrowed with osteotomies placed in the nasal bones. Was this nose previously operated on?? There is a suggestion of an inverted V deformity. The treatment would be different if there was previous surgery.
