I do not appreciate any significant change to your tip post rhinoplasty.  You may have caused some slight swelling.  Ice and anit-inflammatory medication may help.  Take a big breath and be careful!  The nasal bones can be easily displaced with trauma after rhinoplasty.

Nasal tip looking good despite trauma. If you had ruined it, you would have seen immediate change in your nasal shape.
