Post rhinoplasty hit to nose tip, cartilage damage? Could it cause my nose to drop/mess up the nose perch? (Photo)

Question

7 weeks post open rhinoplasty and underside/nostril/tip of nose got hit upward by someone's hand with a decent amount of force. I now notice the slightest drop in my nose tip and feel like I lost the upturned tip I had and the bulb flatted out a bit. The left side of my nose bled very slightly the next day and there is some swelling. Is it possible to have done damage or could it be swelling and my own freaking out? The photos show post trama on the left and before photos on the right.

Thank you very much for enquire.It's too early to make value judgments with only 7 weeks after a rhinoplasty.Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity.In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months.To reduce this swelling, I recommend you perform delicates daily lymphatic drainage massage therapy over the face (around the nose) avoid sun exposure, and take pain/inflamation pills, as your surgeron precribe you.Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

I do not appreciate any significant change to your tip post rhinoplasty.  You may have caused some slight swelling.  Ice and anit-inflammatory medication may help.  Take a big breath and be careful!  The nasal bones can be easily displaced with trauma after rhinoplasty.
