I had septorhinoplasty with turbinate reduction 12 days ago & am scheduled to visit the salon tomorrow (I cleared it with my surgeon). I just came across articles stating that overhead dryers at salons need to be avoided & that handheld dryers must only be used the first few weeks following rhinoplasty. WHY would this be recommended? Do you think it's safe at this point to be under an overhead dryer? Thanks in advance- I want to be 100% certain that I don't hinder results in any way.
