Iam so lost and self conscious what is best eyelid surgery should i get to make my eyes look better should i even consider orbital rim reduction upper blephroplasty what can i do ?

I would be very cautious about jumping straight to orbital rim reduction or even deciding on an upper blepharoplasty without first understanding what is actually causing the appearance you dislike.
The eyes are influenced not only by the eyelids, but also by the brow position, orbital anatomy, midface support, fat volume and the relationship between the upper and lower eyelids. Removing too much skin or fat with an upper blepharoplasty can sometimes make the eyes look more hollow or skeletonized rather than better.
If you are concerned about the overall eye area, I would recommend an assessment with an oculoplastic or facial plastic surgeon who can evaluate the entire periorbital region rather than focusing on one procedure. In some cases, a conservative upper blepharoplasty may be appropriate; in others, restoring volume, addressing the brow or treating the midface may make a much bigger difference.
Orbital rim reduction is a much more structural procedure and would generally not be something I would recommend based on appearance alone without a very clear anatomical indication.
If you share clear front and side photographs, it may also be easier to understand what is contributing to the appearance and which options are actually worth considering.

Your eyes look completely fine?? Not sure what you mean by trying to make them look better. Nothing is jumping out to me as something "wrong" with your eyes.

From the submitted photos it appears you have some mild asymmetry which is common.  The best place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.  You can discuss your concerns and learn more about your options.  There are many treatments and procedures available other than surgery that may help you achieve a look you are wanting such as fillers and Botox.
