Eyelid Asymmetry - is one eye bigger, or the eyelid? Can this be improved? (Photos)

When i was younger the doctor would say i had a mild lazy eye. I use glasses but one eye tends to feel droopy, puffy, uncomfortable, and i feel a bit of pain and eyestrain. Is one eye just bigger than the other? Or the eyelids?
