I would suggest a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition of the lower eyelid fat. This will eliminate tor significantly reduce the nasojugal groove, which is the depressed area below the lower lids. At the same time I would also suggest conservative skin excision of the lower lids. This should give you a very refreshed appearance. Good luck!

Based on these photos you seem to be good candidate for transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty. This procedure is done in local or twilight anesthesia and recovery is short. good luck.

You have a fair amount of fat in the lower lids. This creates a shadow just below the fat, with a hollowing in the tear trough. From these pictures a surgery with fat repositioning would be my recommendation. If you don't want surgery, you could try some HA filler into the tear trough. IT will help to hide some of the fat and make the area appear smoother.

You have prominent an eye bags. You should definitely have eye bag surgery (with fat transposition). In your case, fillings can worsen your condition.

Thank you for your question. You could always start with fillers to try and blend the cheek and under eye area together to see if that gives you enough improvement that you are looking for.
