Is a Soof lift best for my festoons? (photos)

I was told I needed laser treatment and also was told soof lift , one dr said they were festoons but I’m not sure ??

Festoons can be difficult to treat.  Some patients find improvement with Morpheus8 treatments which stimulate collagen production.  Laser treatments are another option.  From the limited photo it is difficult to make specific recommendations.  I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation and to learn about options.

It can be done in isolation or in combination with some other facial cosmetic surgery.In the consultation, the specialist assesses the individual characteristics of your eyelids, as well as their general condition.
You are also informed about the usual preoperative rules about taking or suppressing medicines, tobacco, taking liquids and food.
DuringBlepharoplasty is performed in the operating room, under general anesthesia, and usually lasts 1 to 3 hours.
AfterThe eyelids will be swollen and bruises will appear that will resolve in a few days.
 You may notice alterations in your visual acuity, tearing, hypersensitivity to light during the first 2 or 3 weeks, you should wear sunglasses while the bruises persist.
It is important to keep relative rest 2 or 3 days and avoid efforts for 1 month. You will be able to return to work in about 1 week or 10 days

Yes, on the photos you provided it looks like you have clinically significant festoons.  I do believe that a SOOF lift is the best option for treatment.  But most importantly, it is necessary for you to see an oculofacial plastic surgeon with experience treating this condition.  Good luck!

I would recommend both. Lower lid blepharoplasty with festoon removal and SOOF lift will help smooth the area and create the proper lift for lower lid support.
