I developed sunken eyes and enophthalmos due to use of 200 units of hylase to dissolve filler. It happens over 5 weeks and progressing after 5 weeks. This enzyme made my eyes much smaller and fall deeper inside. I think because hylase kills fat cells, and I lost fat tissue behind eye ball. Who is the best surgeon to have a consultation to treat this? What are the options? Does anyone produce fat transfer in orbital area? Please let me know who is the doctor to contact to!
