I want a fox eye look, any suggestions? (Photos)

I'm looking for a treatment to enhance my appearance and one think I really like is the fox-eye look. I'm looking for a less-pricey option ($5000 max) to achieve this desired look. I would like to improve my canthal tilt and improve eye symmetry. I am 19 years old. Any recommendations for a procedure to achieve this look? Thanks :)
