I tried icing the fat underneath my chin for an hour and a half.

Shortly after I got scared I might have damaged something internal (salivary glands, lymph nodes, etc.) I have some general pain in the area. Is there a reason to visit the ER at this point? The skin looks fine and there are no signs of frostbite.
