Can anyone straighten my nose? My rhinoplasty didn't help at all. (Photos)

Hello. Is there anything you can do?! And yes this is after rhinoplasty. I don't understand why it looks crooked after 2 lateral osteotomies in both sides , and intermediate on the left; however, the same angle after rhinoplasty. Is there anyone who can make my nasal pyramids symmetrical?!

The key question is did your nose develop crooked, or did it used to be straight and then trauma made it crooked. If the answer is the latter, then you still have a good chance of making them straight. A nose that simply grows crooked can be a lot more difficult to make absolutely straight. A well performed rhinoplasty can usually make it better, but if it is not good enough, a permanent filler can be properly placed to make it appear almost perfect. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultaion.

Persistant or new crookedness to a nose is one of the more common reasons patients seek revision rhinoplasty. The center structures of the nose also may need to be mobilized to get your nose straigher. We also often use long grafts to hold out some parts of the bones and even sutures with drill holes other times. Thirdly, crooked nasal bones can also be sculpted with Piezo ultrasonic rhinoplasty. A personal exam is really necessary for a definitive plan. You should see a specialist in revision rhinoplasty for a consultation.

Tour photos show a depression on one side which is due to both bone and cartilage malposition. To repair this you do require another surgical procedure to straighten the bones, and also use some cartilage to lift the upper lateral cartilage and hold it in place. A cartilage graft may be needed, which would come from your nasal septum or possibly the ear if needed. It is also important to realize that nobody has a perfectly straight nose, and some asymmetry exists in everyone.

If your only concern about your nose is that it is slightly crooked, a permanent non-surgical rhinoplastic procedure may be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance. If you have other concerns about your nose, revision rhinoplasty may be necessary. Hope this helps. Dr. Joseph

It looks like the bones have healed off center.  This can be due to bad luck or a deviated septum among other things.  Yes, this is addressable but it will require another procedure.
