Can anyone straighten my nose? My rhinoplasty didn't help at all. (Photos)

The key question is did your nose develop crooked, or did it used to be straight and then trauma made it crooked. If the answer is the latter, then you still have a good chance of making them straight. A nose that simply grows crooked can be a lot more difficult to make absolutely straight. A well performed rhinoplasty can usually make it better, but if it is not good enough, a permanent filler can be properly placed to make it appear almost perfect. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultaion.

Persistant or new crookedness to a nose is one of the more common reasons patients seek revision rhinoplasty. The center structures of the nose also may need to be mobilized to get your nose straigher. Tour photos show a depression on one side which is due to both bone and cartilage malposition. To repair this you do require another surgical procedure to straighten the bones, and also use some cartilage to lift the upper lateral cartilage and hold it in place. A cartilage graft may be needed, which would come from your nasal septum or possibly the ear if needed. It is also important to realize that nobody has a perfectly straight nose, and some asymmetry exists in everyone.

It looks like the bones have healed off center.  This can be due to bad luck or a deviated septum among other things.  Yes, this is addressable but it will require another procedure.

Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult the primary rhinoplasty, so choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience. To straighten the crooked nose requires osteotomy's placed in the nasal bones, and a spreader graft placed underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage in the midportion of the nose. This can be done with the open or closed approach.

Dear Modest4312, You will require a revision rhinoplasty to address the bulbous tip and repeat osteotomies to straighten the nose.
